N-B Video: Finding a home for iPads
Bluffton-Harrison students started the 2012-2013 school year Friday, Aug. 10, and for the first time, the students could try out their iPads in class. While the middle and high school students can take their devices home, though, the elementary students will keep them at the school, stored away in these custom-designed cabinets.

The Wells County Sheriff's Department is asking for citizen help in locating someone officers believe may be somehow involved in a series of recent burglaries on Elm Grove Road, 200N and 300N.

Bluffton ISTEP scores set new marks
Four days before Bluffton-Harrison students start a new year, school board members learned Monday that they set a record the previous year.
During the board's regular meeting, Bluffton Middle School Principal Tom Gibson and Bluffton-Harrison Elementary School Principal Julie Meitzler announced that the percentage of students last year who passed the math and language arts portions of the annual ISTEP had surpassed any previous year.
