Wells County DARE officers were honored by Citizens Against Drug Abuse (CADA) on Thursday for their ongoing efforts to educate students about the dangers of substance abuse.
Bluffton Police Department Student Resource Officer Bruce Holland has been teaching the DARE program to students, and helping instruct other officers in the program for more than 20 years.
