Ronald McDonald made his annual visit to the Wells County Public Library on Thursday. On Wednesday he was visiting the Ossian branch of the library, bringing his story-telling skills and snappy-patter to dozens of local kids.
He might be a clown, but he's all business when it comes to kids: treating them like little people and delighting in every smile he coaxes from their lips...
