(P)Laying with a full deck!

Workers from Primco were busy Friday morning laying the deck for the new bridge on 400W across Rock Creek. Once the deck has been placed, work will begin on placing the dirt needed to bring the approaches of the bridge up to the level of the deck. Most of the workers involved in the project are residents of either Wells or Adams counties. (Photo by Frank Shanly)
