Despite the political uncertainty in Indianapolis, state legislators still met in Fort Wayne to discuss Indiana's once-in-a-decade political redistricting. Wells County resident Ralph Garcia, who is the chairman of the Wells County Republican Party, provided the News-Banner's Dave Schultz with local insight into a statewide issue.
