Bluffton Police Department Bike Patrol Officer Josh Smith presented bike safety tips and assisted with demonstrations Friday afternoon in the Bi-County Services parking lot. Members of the Bluffton Boys and Girls Club were able to participate in an obstacle course and a "slow race" – all while on a bike. Walmart donated a bike to raffle off.
