The communities of Montpelier and Zanesville are hosting festivals this weekend.
Montpelier’s Jamboree will start Thursday evening and continue through Sunday, Aug. 31. The featured concert of the weekend will be a performance by Scott Stapp, the former lead singer of Creed, at 8 p.m. Sunday on the main stage.
