N-B Video: Bluffton's Christmas Lighting Ceremony
Bluffton Mayor Ted Ellis leads the city's annual Christmas lighting ceremony Friday. The event in front of the Wells County Courthouse featured songs, cold temperatures and holiday lights and decorations. (Video by Matthew LeBlanc)
