Many from the community gathered at Bluffton's Angel of Hope Park Saturday evening to remember 3-year-old Owen Collins. As the balloons were released at the end of the vigil, someone in crowd said into the night sky: "Fly high, baby Owen." Learn more in the Monday, Jan. 26, News-Banner.
