The military-issue Humvee roared west on 100S, turning a few heads of people who happened to be outside on this sunny late morning. But it isn’t a typical military vehicle; this one isn’t armed, it’s black with white block letters, and it was driven by Chief Deputy Scott Holliday of the Wells County Sheriff’s Department.
