This morning United Way of Wells County volunteers Karen Karwoski, chair of the Small Business Blitz, Mark Dauterman, Brenda Taylor, Family Centered Services, a United Way agency, Greg Palmer, News-Banner, Brad Baumgartner, United Way board president and Gary Shaw, gathered to meet and plan the day's fundraising efforts.
