Bluffton Mayor Ted Ellis was on NIPR bright and early this morning, part of their annual fund drive. Ellis is a regular feature at the station, often participating in fundraising events. The current fund drive runs through tomorrow. Pledges can be made at NIPR.FM or 800-471-9426. (Photo submitted)
