Bluffton Fire Inspector Chris Broderick said Friday he didn’t know when officials would reopen the outside southbound lane on Main Street beside the West Perry Street apartment building.
Officials are awaiting the opinion of a structural engineer, who is scheduled to arrive sometime Friday.
Broderick said the closing could potentially extend into the weekend.
