Franklin Electric employees submitted their tastiest recipes for today's fifth annual chili cook-off. All the proceeds raised during the event go to support United Way of Wells County.
Bluffton Fire Chief Bob Plummer and Bluffton Police Chief Tammy Schaffer were official judges. But everyone who participated was a winner.
