Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center was the site of the 2009 Independence Day celebration in the northern Wells County community.
Complete with a parade of stars; free popcorn, games and balloons for the children; and live entertainment courtesy of some very talented Norwell High School students. A fireworks show capped an evening of family fun.
