The Bluffton Parks & Recreation Dept. hosted their annual St. Patty's Day
luncheon on March 17th. The event was held at the Bluffton Middle School
Culinary Arts classroom. The students prepared and served the delicious meal
of shepherd's pie, lettuce wedge salad, cheesy garlic rolls, and scrumptious
chocolate mint cookies.
The next luncheon is scheduled for Cinco de Mayo on May 3rd. Science Central
will be on hand to serve up the dessert of homemade ice cream made using
liquid nitrogen.
