It is a 1994 Yamaha gas golf cart. All proceeds go to Wells County DARE. Raffle will be held on Saturday, September 25th at 10:00 p.m. Do NOT need to be present to win. Tickets are $10.00 each and can be purchased from any Bluffton or Ossian Police ...officers and also that the Bluffton or Ossian Police Departments.
