Bluffton police officer investigates check fraud cases

Thanks to the persistence of Bluffton Police Officer Chip Swindell, 16 people have received restitution totaling more than $6,000 for bad checks issued by THR and Associates during a precious metals and coins event in Bluffton in early July.
