4-H considers building new parking lot

The Wells County Drainage Board approved the creation of the parking lot illustrated above on the Schwartz 4-H tile drain in the Wells County 4-H Park.

The 4-H Association is still getting the project approved, but the drainage board had to approve the location on the drain that was put in about 15 years ago.
