The Northern Wells Community School Steering Committee has been meeting for several months to plot a course for the future of the school district.
Last night the group was reviewing data collected at the school level. How it's used and what more data might be needed.
At the end of the meeting NWCS Supt. Dr. Scott Mills shared a story he heard from Bluffton Mayor Ted Ellis, who picked it up at a Rotary meeting.
What's most important, however, is the meaning of the story and the way it applies to the work they are doing. 'Big rocks' need to go in first...
