Wells County suffered its second fatal shooting Wednesday night when Justin Sprow, 19, of Uniondale was gunned down in his vehicle near the intersection of 800N and 100W.
Investigators have four suspects in custody and the possible murder weapon(s).
Wednesday night investigators had the intersection shut down. Thursday morning few signs of the incident remained.
