“The Sound of Music” will be performed during the 2009 Swiss Days festival. Those sponsoring the event are looking for instrumentalists to participate in the event.
Residents of Berne and the surrounding area compose the cast that will be performing “The Sound of Music.” Accompanying the very talented cast will be an orchestra under the direction of Dan Jones from Celina, Ohio.
Enjoy playing an instrument and want to take part in “The Sound of Music?” Contact the Berne Chamber of Commerce at 260-589-8080. Brass, woodwind, and percussion players are needed for the orchestra of this musical production.
To participate call the Berne Chamber of Commerce by Friday, June 19 to sign-up to participate.
Performances will take place Friday, July 24 at 7 p.m., Saturday, July 25 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, July 26 at 3 p.m.
