Creating a master plan

Members of the Bluffton Parks and Recreation Department are creating a five-year master plan, which they can use when applying for state and federal funding, for the city's parks. To help build this master plan, the department earlier this year released a survey to learn more about how the public uses the parks. Below are several highlights from the survey.
