The Wells County Commissioners learned Monday that many of the sidewalks in the county's towns do not comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act, according to a report by the Northeast Indiana Regional Coordinating Council.

The report reviews the sidewalks listed above and grades them on an "A" to "F" range: "A" being completely compliant and "F" being broken, impassable to wheelchairs and difficult for pedestrians.

Learn more about the report and possible solutions in the Tuesday, Oct. 2, News-Banner.

The public can comment on the report by contacting Lisa McCormick, 102 W. Market St., Ste 205, Bluffton, IN 46714. They can also contact her at 824-6470 or personnel@wellscounty.org.
