Nearly 1,500 people gathered at Wells County 4-H Fairgrounds on Saturday for the first “We Got Your Back” event sponsored by the First Church of Christ, Bluffton.
The event began at 11 a.m., with family-friendly classic rock songs by Anvil, featuring Bluffton Police Officer Dennis Fiscus on keyboards. By 11:30 a.m. hundreds of kids were in line for a balloon hat or a face painting; hot dogs were grilling and smiles were all around.
If you enjoyed listening to the band, Anvil, you can catch them performing live at the Bluffton Street Fair again this year.
I didn't get a balloon hat or a hot dog, but I did shoot this great video...check it out.
