Norwell Band took third place at state competition recently. Band director Doug Hassel presented the trophy to the Northern Wells School Board during their regular meeting Tuesday. The board was grateful to Hassel and the band, comprised mostly of freshmen and junior students, for all their hard work and dedication to being the best they can be.
