Organizers of a plan to construct a new Community Center in downtown Montpelier are taking full advantage of the depressed economy to get the best possible deal on a new Community Center.
Their thinking: Build it now for a couple hundred thousand dollars, or wait until the economy rebounds and build it for a whole lot more.
Not waiting seems like sound judgement to me.
