A second Norwell High School junior has won selection by Bands of America (BOA) for their 2009 national Honor Band.
Trumpet player Robert Wolf, of Craigville, joins dancer Malory Elmore as the second Norwell representative chosen to participate in the prestigious event.
The band will feature in the 2009 Tournament of Roses Parade. It is a 300-piece ensemble with wind, percussion and a flag and dance team. It will be directed by George N. Parks, Director of the University of Massachusetts Minuteman marching Band, and an All-Star staff.
