Late autumn ice storm swept through the region this morning leaving thousands (including me) without power.
Utility workers struggled with freezing temperatures, sparking wires and generally miserable weather to restore power as quickly as possible. As of the writing of this Post thousands are still without power though crews expect to have most homes reconnected today.
