Hundreds of Wells County households are still without power tonight, prompting the Wells County Emergency Management office to open a shelter at First United Methodist Church, 325 W. Washington St., Bluffton.
If you know of someone without power, send them down to First United. Temperatures will drop well below freezing tonight, so please, find someplace warm and safe to stay the night, if you haven't already...
